What is it and why does this site exist?

On Demand production means that when you buy an item on this site, we put it into production to be made just for you.

 

Shipping Policy

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 3-5 business days (Expect longer delays due to COVID-19)

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

Your order will leave our facility on average about 3 business days after ordering. Please allow for up to 7-10 business days for manufacturing of your product though.

When choosing expedited shipping options at checkout, faster shipping does not mean faster manufacturing of the product. All items on the site are printed or embroidered upon order, so allow for 7-10 business days on top of your shipping option chosen, though we're usually quicker than that.

Keep in mind that international orders from any company can be held up at customs for a number of reasons and add to the shipping time.

In short: Expedited shipping will speed up your shipping with the shipping carrier, but not the manufacturing of the product.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

The consumer is responsible for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn't end up arriving, let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, but we will have to charge you for another.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at matt@mcbhomes.com noting your order number. We'll get you taken care of.

Returns policy

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to have a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week of receiving it.

Wrong size:

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us at matt@mcbhomes.com and we'll let you know what your next steps are. Keep in mind that every item sold on RTR is made on demand for you when you order it, so be sure to check your sizes with the given size guides before ordering.

Do not want:

All items at RTR are printed when you order them just for you. This allows us to be able to offer such a wide range of items too, and such a wide range of art and to be able to continue to create new product for you whenever we can. Why? Because we aren't sitting on hundreds of thousands of dollars of inventory of unsold products since we only print what was ordered. Because of this, a returned item has nowhere to go as we don't have a place to store unsold product, so we do not accept returns at this time.
